I look forward to being a mother, and I hope that occurs soon, says Gauahar Khan

According to her, this year has been "one of the best years" of actor Gauahar Khan's life, with three digital series, streamed thus far and three shows prepared to pour. Not to mention that this was also her first year as a married woman. "This year has been great. My best work year since Bigg Boss has been this one. I've played a wide range of roles, often becoming the star of them, claims Khan.

When you ask her whether she has anything on her bucket list to cross off in the coming year, she jokes, "I have crossed a lot off my bucket list after working with almost all the OTT platforms. However, I intend to keep working. Khan's thoughts are not merely focused on his employment. The actor makes it known that she wants to grow her family. I look forward to becoming a mother, she continues. I sincerely hope that occurs soon. It will happen when anything is about to happen since I never plan for it. Zaid (Darbar, my dancer-husband) and I haven't planned anything for "ki ek saal baad, do saal baad," so to speak. We've never actually talked about this.

Although she admits that she isn't one of those who approach filmmakers for work, the actor appreciates the directors who have thought of her in various characters. If I had been in that situation, I would have loved to. When I started, I was an outsider, and I used to feel shy and worried that approaching others was the right thing to do (for work).

I don't want to imply that there is something wrong with that. I have family members in the business, but I have never called or spoken to them to express my desire to work on the project. I've never really called someone and said, "Hey, I want to be a part of this project." I didn't want to, but I didn't know how. I'm just learning a lot about it. I just have to wait for the appropriate opportunity to present itself," she says.
