Direct S Shankar announces his films Indian 2 starring Kamal Hassan and Ram Charan starrer RC15 will be shot simultaneously

It has been unclear whether S Shankar will delay the filming of Ram Charan's RC15 ever since the director commenced work on his much-awaited project Indian 2, which stars Kamal Haasan. Now, though, the director has announced that both projects will be shot concurrently
The filmmaker took to Twitter to announce the same and wrote, "Hi Everyone, Indian 2 and #RC15 will be shot simultaneously. Ready to shoot the next schedule of #RC15 from the first week of September in Hyderabad and Vizag! DilRajuOfficial AlwaysRamCharan SVC_official." RC15 star Ram Charan responded to his tweet which read, "Waiting to see you soon on our sets sir. And very excited to hear 'Indian2' will resume soon. All the best!!"

Beginning in September of this year, Indian 2’s regular shooting will be under the direction of Shankar Shanmugam, who also directed the first portion. By unveiling a brand-new poster with Kamal Haasan reprising his Senapathy role, the filmmakers announced the good news. Crucial sequences featuring the lead actress Kajal Aggarwal and actor Bobby Simha will be canned from this new schedule.
Additionally, Kiara Advani and Ram Charan will co-star in the movie, which is currently known as RC15. According to the sources, the RRR actor would play two roles in the film. The new schedule will start in the first week of September in Hyderabad and Vizag, while the team has already shot a significant amount of the movie in Amritsar and Vizag. The RC15 crew is preparing for a release in the middle of 2023.
