Indian 2: Kajal Aggarwal shares her excitement about getting back to work post-pregnancy; shares a video of her learning horse ride

Kajal Aggarwal welcomed Neil Kitchlu, her beautiful baby child, into the world in April 2022. The actress had a career break after finding out she was expecting in 2021. The last time we saw Kajal was in the Aditi Rao Hydari and Dulquer Salmaan-starrer Hey Sinamika. But Kajal is now ready to go back to work. The actress recently said that her first project after giving birth will be a part of Kamal Haasan's Indian 2. She recently uploaded a video to Instagram showing her having fun horseback riding. In the video, she had a blue helmet over her head and was dressed in pink leggings and a black t-shirt. She can be seen enjoying the ride and caressing the horse.

Along with the video, her caption read, "Eager and excited, I jumped back into work 4 months post-partum! Little did I realize that it would feel like starting from scratch. My body wasn’t the same as how it used to be. Pre-baby, I could endure very long workdays with taxing amounts of physical activity AND then hit the gym. Post-baby, it’s been hard to get back my energy levels. Mounting a horse, let alone riding it seemed like a huge task! My body protested with the martial arts training that came so easily to me earlier. Our bodies can change/ may change/ will change but our indomitable spirit and burning passion, need not. We’ve got to just keep showing up for ourselves and consistently making each day count. It’s all about what we choose to prioritize to focus on and not feel guilty about our choices."

The 1996 vigilante action film Indian, starring Kamal Haasan, is followed by a sequel titled Indian 2. In the sequel, director Shankar and star Kamal reunite after 20 years apart. The release date for Indian 2 is still unknown. At the Ponniyin Selvan audio launch, Shankar gave a shooting update for Indian 2. In addition to Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal; Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Rakul Preet Singh all play significant parts in the movie.
