Dharmendra completes the shoot for ‘Rocky Ayur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’; Ranveer Singh shared that he is the ‘the most lovable’
Dharmendra will soon be seen in the upcoming film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ alongside Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt on the 10th of February,2023.

The much-anticipated film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ gave some wholesome news today. Veteran actor Dharmendra wrapped up shooting for the film and shared an adorable post with fans on his social media. The actor shared an image of himself on Instagram and captioned it “Friends, with his blessings your good wishes...I am back at my job. Love you all.” The film ‘Rocky Ayur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. Whereas Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan also support the leads with pivotal roles. The film also has Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan working as an assistant director.
Talking about Dharmendra’s post, fans were prompt in liking and commenting. The post even saw some familiar faces commenting, starting with Dharmendra’s co-star, Ranveer Singh writing, “The most lovable”. Apart from this, the veteran actor's daughter Esha Deol penned, “Love you papa”. This was not the only family support the actor received, his son Bobby Deol commented the same as Esha.
Seems like a big day for the ‘‘Rocky Aur Rani’ team as taking to social media was Karan Johar who uploaded to Instagram’s stories a picture captioned. “Wrap Day”. Co-star Alia Bhatt who is soon welcoming her first child with husband and actor Ranbir Kapoor wrapped up her shoot too. Karan Johar shared a video of Alia dancing and celebrating her last day on set and bidding adieu to the team. Looking at the posts from the casts, the film set seemed to have had quite a homely and warm atmosphere. This film will mark the second collaboration between Alia and Ranveer for a film. Their last film together ‘Gullyboy’ received international recognition and appreciation. What they have in store for us with ‘Rocky air Rani’ is much awaited by fans.
The film’s release date announcement was uniquely done by Karan Johar. The filmmaker wrote a poem in the caption of a selfie of himself with the lead, “So much josh and jazbaati jawaani, Pritam ki dhamakedar dhun bhi hai sunani, Garam Dharam ka swag toh dekho Bas humari favourite Jaya ji ki tasveer mat kheencho!
