Ananya Panday inspired by DDLJ in new post: Check it out

The much anticipated pan-India film ‘Liger’ starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday has been making headlines since the maker’s first announcement. The film is slated for a theatrical release on the 25th of August. ‘Liger’ is helmed by Puri Jagannadh. The film’s trailer was extremely well received by the audience. The cast for the film apart from Vijay and Ananya includes Ronit Roy and Ramya Krishnan. Shockingly, the film also features the famous American boxer, Mike Tyson. This won't be the first time the boxer has been a part of films, he played himself in the Hollywood movie ‘Hangover’. Recently Ananya shared a new post of herself.

The 'Liger' actor was referencing the famous Karan Johar film 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' also knows as 'DDLJ' . She posed for a picture in the lush green field in Chandigarh where she was promoting the film. She captioned the image "pyaar hota hai deewana sanam #DDLJmoment".

About the film, ‘Liger’ is about an aspiring boxer played by Vijay. His love interest is Ananya Pandey's character. There are several obstacles the lead has to face, creating an epic journey. The film has been shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu. Fans are eagerly awaiting the theatrical release of the film on the 25th of August.
