As per the buzz, this remake will be produced by the original producers along with Johar's Dharma Productions. The further report stated that the filmmaker is thinking of casting fresh faces for this venture.
Sridevi's daughter Jhanvi Kapoor is being considered to feature in the Hindi remake of Sairat, as the buzz revealed. The other names of star kids whose names are floated around include Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khattar and Saif Ali Khan, Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Khan. The name of Amitabh Bachchan's grand-daughter Navya Naveli Nanda is also being considered even if she is presently pursuing her studies.
Marathi movie Sairat starring Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar became the member of 100 crore club and it was the first regional film to witness a whopping collection at the box office.
