Pooja Hegde , Miss Universe India 2010 2nd Runner-up, earned praises for her performance in the recent release Mohenjo Daro in which she starred opposite Hrithik Roshan. Now, the beauty is trying something new and healthy. Pooja Hegde desires to stay in shape and fuel up her agility so she has taken up aerial silk, an acrobatic dance form.
Without using a safety harness, one has to climb a suspended fabric. This dance form escalates the flexibility and strengthens the upper body. The international singer P!nk inspired Pooja to take up this dance form. Talking about this, Pooja said "I saw her perform this at the Grammy's and have been obsessed ever since. I had a fear of height. I wasn't flexible either. While the fear still remains, my overall fitness level has increased,", reportedly.
