MS Dhoni to produce a Kollywood film; Nayanthara cast as the female lead?
Former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni has shown his interest in film production in Kollywood as per sources.

According to reports, former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is gearing up to set his foot into Tamil film production. He has reportedly picked his first movie in Tamil with Nayanthara in the lead.
As known by the entire world, Dhoni is the captain of Chennai Super Kings which is a team in the Indian Premier League. Due to this, Dhoni enjoys a strong fanbase in Tamil Nadu not just that, his film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story was a huge hit among the Tamil fans. Sources said that his confidence in producing a Tamil movie has come from this fan following he has in Tamil Nadu.
It is also said that Dhoni has a strong connect with Sanjay, one of the closest of megastar Rajinikanth. Reports suggest that Sanjay has given advice to Dhoni that roping in Nayanthara for his debut movie will be beneficial for him in the Tamil film industry.
For the unversed, Nayanthara’s fiancé Vignesh Shivan is supposedly a hardcore Dhoni fan, and the possibility of the former Indian captain playing a cameo role in the movie is not ruled out.
Meanwhile, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan are in the limelight as their wedding rumours are taking around the internet.
