Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt has been creating a lot of buzz since its announcement. Fans can’t wait to watch two of the finest actors in the industry, Singh and Bhatt share the screen space for the second time. The unveiling video and the BTS pictures that are trending on social media have already sparked fan frenzy. And now it has been reported that Ranveer Singh will do a fantastic dance number with starlet Ananya Panday in the upcoming entertainer.
The news was announced by Ranveer Singh during the trailer launch of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer Liger, which is produced by Karan Johar. Without holding back, the Gully Boy (2019) actor stated, "Karan Johar has another blockbuster on his hands after Liger (as producer) with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani (as director)." However, more importantly, in his boundless enthusiasm, Singh also revealed that Liger actress Ananya Panday, who was present on stage at the time he was speaking, has a special item number in KJo’s upcoming romantic drama Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
Meanwhile, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani also stars veteran actors Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan in crucial roles. The film will reportedly have cameos by Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. It is slated to release in February 2023.
