There is no denying the fact that Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai is one of the most popular sitcoms that Indian television has ever produced. The show, which first hit the screens on November 1, 2004, has attained a cult status over the years.
After the huge success of Season 1, the makers launched Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai 2 in May 2017. Though the second season did not meet the huge expectations of the audience, it did make a whole generation feel quite nostalgic.
And now, creators of the show, JD Majethia, Aatish Kapadia and Deven Bhojani, are gearing up to commence work on Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai 3, fulfilling millions of fans’ wishes. Yes, you read that absolutely right! Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai 3 is in the works and the news has been confirmed by none other than Majethia.
Talking to a leading daily, Majethia said, “There has to be one more season. We will make all the efforts. Everybody is ready to extend their efforts. Some more time is needed. People will have to wait a little bit. What the entire nation wants, we have to fulfill their wishes.”
Sarabhai vs Sarabhai features a bunch of well-known actors on the cast, including Satish Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Ganguly, and Rajesh Kumar.
