Riteish Deshmukh & Genelia Deshmukh sign up to star in Shaad Ali’s next?
It has been almost 9 years since the couple has not starred in a Bollywood film together. Their last outing was Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya in 2012.

According to reports, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh have signed up to star in a new film. The duo, who made their Bollywood debut together with Tujhe Meri Kasam (2003), have been part of several successful films over the years, including Masti (2004) and Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya (2012). If all goes well, the audience will get to see their sizzling chemistry once again on the silver screen in filmmaker Shaad Ali's next directorial venture.

A source in the know informs a leading publication that the couple has agreed to do the film which will roll in mid-2022. “The as yet untitled film will be directed by Shaad Ali, and will be headliend by Riteish and Genelia. They have really loved the script, and are looking forward to working on it. It is expected to roll sometime mid-next year," the source says.
It has been almost 9 years since the couple has not starred in a Bollywood film together. Their last outing was Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya in 2012. However, they have featured together in the songs “Aala Holicha” from Lai Bhaari (2014) and in “Dhuvun Taak” from Mauli (2018). The duo also keeps sharing adorable videos on social media.
