The upcoming TV series Battle Of Saragarhi is being touted as one of the biggest historical shows on Indian television. Produced by Contiloe Pictures, the show marks the comeback of popular actor Mohit Raina to the fiction genre. He was last seen in Colors Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat which was also produced by Contiloe Pictures. Mohit will essay the main character Havildar Ishar Singh in his new show.

Battle Of Saragarhi went on floors recently. According to reliable sources, the shoot was started in haste on a set erected at Aamgaon, on the outskirts of Mumbai, so as to meet the channel deadline. The whole team shot for 3 weeks in a row there and we have brought some exclusive pictures from the set for you.
We also hear that one unit of the show is currently in Ladakh to shoot some important scenes with lead actor Mohit Raina and Mukul Dev . The team will shot for 10 days in Ladakh and then come back to Mumbai to shoot further.

Reportedly, Battle of Saragarhi is being made for an upcoming channel called Discovery Jeet.
