‘KBC’ contestant makes Amitabh Bachchan emotional over her health condition and struggle

The popular quiz show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ resumes work with its new season numbered fourteen. The show gives an opportunity to people to win large sums of money on the merit of their general knowledge. The show has been graciously hosted by the people's most loved actor Amitabh Bachchan. Recently a contestant got the host emotional when she opened up about her personal challenges.
Contestant Richa Puwar from Lunawada, wore a beautiful Rajasthani saree and expressed how meeting Mr Bachchan has made her dreams come true. She further shared that she auditioned in 2018 in Delhi for the show but could not make it then. She was adamant to perform well with her second chance. During the episode in conversation, Amitabh Bachchan asked her what she would do with the cash prize. Richa shared how in the month of May she was diagnosed with chronic kidney damage. Her chances of survival are on through a transplant or kidney dialysis. She also wanted to use the money for her son's higher education. Further, she wishes to live in a big city and leave her small town. Richa even shared that her brother has supported her by offering to donate his kidney to her. She even used the platform to thank her sibling for his kindness. Amitabh Bachchan too praise her brother and was touched by his gesture.
Richa upon not being able to answer a question that would win her Rs 12,50,000 had to quit and took home Rs 6,40,000. Her story and courage were vividly touching and inspiring to Amitabh Bachchan. He again congratulated her and wished her success and good health.
