12th Fail: Vikrant Massey’s Starrer Film To Release On ‘THIS’ Date (Details Inside)

‘Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba’ is one among the actor's many upcoming projects. His second upcoming movie, ‘12th Fail’, has a release date that has been revealed among the hype. The movie, directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, will debut in theaters on October 27.

Zee Studios posted the following on their social media account to make the formal announcement of the same: “’Transformative’, ‘hard-hitting’ and ‘deeply moving’ — 12th Fail is being described as one of the most important films ever made in India. An absolute must watch! 12th Fail releases in cinemas worldwide on 27th October.”

For the uninitiated, the upcoming movie is an adaptation of the same-titled bestseller by Anurag Pathak. It is based on the true account of Manoj Kumar Sharma, a villager from a hardscrabble background who failed his exams for the 12th grade. He did, however, succeed in becoming an IPS officer thanks to his enthusiasm and tenacity.

As soon as the movie was revealed, Vikrant had commented, “It’s the tragedy of our times that honesty and sincerity are a rarity. This film is a dedication to all the students who dream, and to all the honest officers who are the backbone of our country and constitution. Working with VVC is a dream come true and a huge challenge since he’s such a thorough director,” in a statement.
