The Khiladi of Bollywood is back with yet another film and his fans are on cloud nine. Directed by Aanand L Rai, Raksha Bandhan will be Kumar’s next release, which also stars Bhumi Pednekar in an important role.
The film was announced a few months ago and the makers kept everyone engaged as they often shared fun videos and pictures from the sets. Now, Akshay Kumar has finally revealed the release date of the film and it’s August 11, 2022. Yes, you read it right! The makers have decided to clash it with Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s Laal Singh Chaddha, which is releasing on the same date.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Akshay Kumar shared a video, and it looks extremely colourful and vibrant. His caption read, “Bringing you all a story of the purest form of bond that will remind you of yours! #RakshaBandhan releasing in cinemas on 11th August 2022. #ReturnToFeelings #RakshaBandhan11August.” Clearly, it will be interesting to witness this box office clash!
