Ali Fazal captures a SELFIE with Tom Cruise at the Oscars Nominee Luncheon; Guneet Monga & Shaunak Sen join him

At the famous Oscar luncheon, Bollywood star Ali Fazal, a member of the academy, represented India. At the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday, a luncheon was hosted. All That Breathes by Shaunak, RRR's nomination for best original song, and Guneet Monga's The Elephant Whisperers, directed by Kartiki Gonsalves, are just a few of India's films that have been nominated for Oscars this year.

Tom Cruise, an international superstar, and other prominent Hollywood figures attended the luncheon. Ali, who is in Los Angeles on work, joined the brilliant group and added his support for the Indian films that are this year's Oscar nominees. Ali shared a photo of himself with Tom Cruise, and Shaunak Sen and Guneet Monga also appeared in another photo.

Ali shared the photos on his official social media handle and wrote, “Surreal moments from the ACADEMY LUNCHEON TODAY!!! India’s nominees at the prestigious 95th Academy Awards

The documentary The Elephant Whisperers by Guneet Monga and Kartiki Gonsalves is nominated for Best Documentary Short, while MM Keeravaani and Chandrabose's song Naatu Naatu from the film RRR is nominated for Best Original Song. All That Breathes, directed by Shaunak Sen, is up for Best Documentary Feature Film.
