Amazing Aesthetics! Sonam Kapoor Ahuja shares stunning pics of son Vayu's nursery

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, who gave birth to her first child with hubby Anand Ahuja on August 20, is enjoying motherhood immensely. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the National Award-winning actress shared stunning pictures of the newly designed nursery for her son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja.

The nursery, which has been furnished at her Mumbai home, features a white and grey theme with strong 'nature' highlights. Wooden furniture and subtle tones add a touch of earthiness to the space.

From the pictures, the amazing aesthetic sense of Sonam is visible. The actress, who is known as a connoisseur of fashion and style, has painstakingly done up the nursery. A wooden cot, cushions, soft toys and nature themed floor-to-ceiling paintings look absolutely captivating. Further, the huge windows that open out towards the garden fill the space with much needed sunshine, light and warmth.

As a gesture of gratitude, Sonam thanked everyone who helped her in creating the dream space for little Vayu. "This post is an appreciation post for the people who helped my mom and I put together everything for the arrival of my baby boy... I’ve known Dhwani of @wallpaperscissor since 2009 and she’s always been creative and precise, and I was very sure that anusha and wallpaper scissors would do a beautiful job of making my nursery in Bombay a thing of wonder and beauty and boy was I right!!," she wrote on Instagram.

"Thank you @organisewithease for setting up everything in the nursery and indulging my OCD. Most importantly I’d like to thank my mama @kapoor.sunita who moved heaven and earth for everything. I love you mama," she further added.

Noteworthy, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is the daughter of legendary Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor. Known for films like Delhi-6 (2009), Aisha (2010), Raanjhanaa (2013), Neerja (2016), Padman (2018) and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga (2019), Sonam married businessman Anand Ahuja in May 2018. The duo welcomed their first child, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja, on August 20, 2022.

On work front, Sonam will next feature in Shome Makhija's crime thriller 'Blind', which also stars Vinay Pathak, Purab Kohli and Lilette Dubey in supporting roles.

Produced by Sujoy Ghosh, Blind is the remake of a South Korean flick. It follows the story of a visually-impaired cop, who is on lookout for a serial killer.
