Amitabh Bachchan writes Nimrat Kaur a handwritten letter praising her 'outstanding' performance in Dasvi

Dasvi, the recently released film starring Abhishek Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur, and Yami Gautam, has been a huge success. Nimrat Kaur was left speechless after receiving an appreciation letter from superstar Amitabh Bachchan for her acting skills in Dasvi on Friday. Nimrat took to social media to share a photo of the letter and bouquet she obtained from Big B. She expressed her gratitude to the veteran actor in a letter.

Nimrat Kaur shared the letter on her Instagram and it said, “We have hardly any interactions or meetings. The last was a compliment I gave at an event at YRF- for the Cadbury AD. But your work in Dasvi is exceptional- nuances, gestures, all! My deep admiration and congratulations.” The letter was enclosed in a gold envelope, along with a poem written by Amitabh's father, Harivansh Rai Bachchan.

In the caption, the actress also said in Hindi, " amitabhbachchan Today, both my words and my emotions are falling short. Your letter will continue to inspire me for the rest of my life, and the scent of this priceless bouquet will accompany me at every step of the way. I'm speechless after receiving this award from you, just as one would be in front of a massive mountain or an ancient temple. Nimrat, I'll be eternally grateful."
