Since then, the actress has stayed away from films in favour of quick agreements and brand endorsements. A biographical drama film about the life of Indian star bowler Jhulan Goswami has also been completed by Anushka. Anushka and Virat recently attended a Puma event where they both spoke candidly about their lives and work. She makes a valid point when Anushka says she wants to work on smaller projects now.

Vamika needs her more than Virat Kohli does, according to Anushka Sharma, who attended the Puma event in Bengaluru. Vamika is at the age where she wants her mother more, the speaker claims, and she knows this. That being said, Virat is a fantastic father and a highly active parent. But now that Vamika is older, they both see that Anushka is more needed by Vamika. The actress from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has therefore made some moves. Anushka claims that even though she adores acting, she wants to work on just one movie a year. The actress seeks a healthy balance between spending time with her family and enjoying the performing process.Anushka continues by saying that even Virat makes time for his family.

The Chakda 'Xpress actress said she is content with how her life is going at the moment. No one expects her to prove anything in her roles as an actress, a public figure, a mother, or a wife. Anushka claims that all she wants is to carry out activities that bring her joy and make sense to her. "I do things which feel right to me. I don’t look for validation outside of myself anymore," she says, reported by an online entertainment news portal.

Anushka Sharma claims that becoming a mother has given her this authority since she must trust herself to make decisions for someone who is so young and incapable of doing it. The actress claims that's how one develops a lot more guts and begins to have more faith in oneself. "I think I am braver than I was before. I take decisions which I wouldn’t have earlier. I feel more fearless now," Anushka further adds.
