Rekha recently interacted with Bollywood's elite, including Aishwarya Rai and Kajol, at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre's opening weekend after attending the Dior show in Mumbai. Rekha was spotted on Monday at the Mumbai residence of fashion designer Manish Malhotra. Before leaving Manish's house, she posed for photographers alone and with him.

There were images and videos of Rekha on paparazzi and fan pages at Manish Malhotra's home. Many were drawn to a video that a paparazzi shared on Instagram, and many were captivated by Rekha's appearance. Rekha folded her hands and remarked to the photographers, "So jao (go and sleep now)." While Manish questioned the photographers and noted that it was 12.30 am in the video. The seasoned actor sported a beige ensemble and coordinating headwear. Her sunglasses were similarly black.
