Dabangg 4: Salman Khan all set to return as Chulbul Pandey, filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia to helm the fourth instalment

Since its announcement, the fourth instalment in Salman Khan's Dabangg series has garnered a lot of attention. Despite prior reports that the film is being written by renowned director Tigmanshu Dhulia, the most recent information indicates that Salman would also like Dhulia to direct it. If all goes as planned, Tigmanshu may also end up helming the cop drama.

Salman Khan previously disclosed that he intends to announce Dabangg 4 by the end of this year, according to a news report. There have also been rumours that the superstar is happy with the way Tigmanshu Dhulia is crafting the movie's script. The report further stated that there is a high chance that Salman will persuade the director to take over the project.

A source close to the development was cited saying, “It is true that Tigmanshu Dhulia is writing the script and he may direct it as well.”

Paan Singh Tomar (2010), starring the late Irrfan Khan, and the successful Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster series are two of the excellent films that Dhulia has previously directed. We therefore have a lot to anticipate if he ends up helming Dabangg 4 with Salman Khan.

On the work front, Salman Khan will be next seen in Tiger 3 and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
