Ameesha Patel continues to meet fans and promote the movie even after the release and overwhelming success of the movie. The actress was sighted outside a Mumbai movie venue on August 13, 2023. She gave fans frank answers regarding the movie. She was shocked to witness a fan securing movie tickets for the original 2001 picture during one such encounter.

The actress can be seen talking with a fan in a viral video who still has his ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ movie tickets from 2001. Ameesha Patel praised the supporter's dedication for keeping the tickets safe for 22 years. She then informed the others that the identical fan had purchased 100 tickets for the newest ‘Gadar’ movie.

Surprised by her fans, the actress stopped by a Bandra theatre showing the movie ‘Gadar 2.’ She used the distinctive 'adaab' address of her character to address the crowd. She also thanked them for supporting Tara Singh and Sakeena and for enjoying the movie. The actress further asserted that Tara and Sakeena will go down in history as legendary figures.
