Geeta Basra to make her comeback with Notary starring Parambrata Chatterjee

Geeta Basra, who is married to cricketer Harbhajan Singh, has been missing from the movie scene for year now. However, the actress is all set to make a comeback with the film Notary, which also stars Parambrata Chatterjee.

The news was broken by Geeta herself on Instagram. Sharing a picture, she wrote: “#Notary is a quirky and satirical drama film. A Kaash Entertainment production, in association with Boundless Media and Wadeeyar Movies, the shoot of the film has begun.”

Interestingly, Notary will mark Geeta's comeback to the big screen after six long years. Her last release was the 2016 Punjabi film Lock, which also featured Gippy Grewal.

Now coming to Notary, the film is being helmed by Pavan Wadeyar. It will also feature Shiv Pandit, Priya Banerjee and Dalip Tahil, among others.

Recently, Geeta had also announced that Notary had gone on floors in Bhopal. The makers of the project, viz. Kaash Entertainment, Boundless Media, Wadeeyar Movies, had also shared pics to announce the commencement of filming in Bhopal city.
