Good Luck Jerry star Janhvi Kapoor speaks up for Ranveer Singh amidst his controversy for the nude photoshoot
Among other Bollywood celebrities, Janhvi Kapoor also comes out in support of Ranveer Singh.
Several of Ranveer Singh's friends from the Hindi film business have come out in his support as he finds himself in the heart of a storm as a result of his most recent photo shoot in which he bares it all for the camera. Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor, and Parineeti Chopra are a few of the celebrities who have lent their support to the Padmaavat actor. Janhvi Kapoor is the most recent figure in Bollywood to support Ranveer.
Ranveer Singh received support from Janhvi Kapoor, who also spoke out about the nude photo session. The Gunjan Saxena actor was asked about the incident during an event. To which she replied, "I think it's our freedom and I don't think anyone should be penalized for their artistic freedom".
Earlier, Ranveer’s Gully Boy co-star Alia Bhatt had also commented on the same saying, "I don’t like anything negative being said about my favorite Ranveer Singh. Main ye question ko bardaasht bhi nahi kar sakti hu. (I cannot even tolerate such a question). I love him and he is an eternally favorite to every one of us actually."
Janhvi Kapoor starrer Good Luck Jerry was recently released on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar. In addition to this, Janhvi will appear in Boney Kapoor's Mili, a remake of the Malayalam movie Helen. She will work once again with Rajkummar Rao in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. With Varun Dhawan, Janhvi is collaborating on Nitesh Tiwari's Bawaal. Varun and Janhvi recently wrapped up their shoot for the film.
