Actress Alia Bhatt often follows yoga and workout routines after delivering her baby girl. She was seen practising yoga with her sister author, Shaheen Bhatt. Recently actress trainer Anushka Parwani took her Instagram and shared a happy sister selfie as they have aced 108 Surya Namaskars. Similar photos were reposted by Shaheen. Alia Bhatt has been sharing her yoga journey on social media since she gave birth to her daughter Raha Kapoor last year.
