Honey Singh And Shalini Talwar officially Part Ways As Delhi Court Grants Them Divorce!

Honey Singh Divorce: After more than a year of court proceedings, Honey Singh and his wife Shalini Talwar have been finally divorced by the Delhi Court. A case of domestic violence against the singer was brought by Shalini Talwar, which led to the divorce.

Honey Singh And Shalini Talwar Divorce:

Principal Judge (Family Court) Paramjeet Singh gave the divorce decree at Saket Court. It was based on an agreement between the two parties to settle all their differences. Under the Hindu Marriage Act, there is a second motion in the divorce process after six to eighteen months have passed since the first motion. This gives both parties time to think about what happened.

Honey Singh And Shalini Talwar's Marriage:

Honey Singh and Shalini Talwar got married in January 2011 and moved for divorce together in September 2022 under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The court then gave them six months to get their affairs in order.

Honey Singh's lawyer, Ishan Mukherjee, stated that the second motion was granted, which meant that the divorce decree was issued. Both lawyers refused to say anything else, saying that the situation was strictly private.

The Case Settlement:

The last time Shalini Talwar went to court, it was in August 2021, to file a domestic abuse case against Honey Singh. In a social media post, the singer denied the claims. The post was later taken down after a settlement was made between the two sides.
