Kriti Sanon to be cast in legendary actress Meena Kumari’s biopic?
Kriti has bagged the role of late Meena Kumari in a T-Series film, as per reports.

Kriti Sanon has come a long way in her career. She made her Bollywood debut with Tiger Shroff in Heropanti 2014. After that, Kriti became one of the most desirable actresses of Bollywood and went on to star in a number of flicks including including Mimi (2021), Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017), Luka Chuppi (2019), and the most recently Bachchhan Paandey (2022) with Akshay Kumar.
According to rumours, she has been offered the lead part in the biography of late Bollywood actress Meena Kumari.
T-Series is planning a biopic on Meena Kumari, according to sources from E-Times, and Kriti Sanon has been cast in the lead role. Kriti, on the other hand, has been quiet about it. According to the source, the actress is overjoyed and pleased with the offer.
She has previously declared her wish to work in biopics of great leading ladies such as Meena Kumari and Madhubala. If she accepts the role, it will undoubtedly be a difficult character for her to portray, but following her spectacular performance in Mimi, we're confident she'll succeed.
More information about this film, including other cast members, sets, and the director, has yet to be released, but we have high hopes for Kriti to excel in the renowned part of Meena Kumari.
An OTT platform, on the other hand, is planning a web series based on the life of Meena Kumari, which has already been announced. That project is primarily on her relationship with Kamal Amrohi. An official announcement for the T-Series film could be coming shortly.
