Kunal Kapoor and Naina Bachchan welcome a baby boy

Kunal Kapoor and Naina Bachchan have announced the arrival of their first child, a baby boy. The couple married each other in February 2015 in a private family ceremony in Seychelles.

Sharing the great news on social media, Kapoor wrote, “To all our well-wishers, Naina and I are overjoyed to share that we have become proud parents to a beautiful baby boy. We thank God for our abundant blessings.”

For those not in the know, Naina Bachchan is an investment banker and the daughter of Amitabh Bachchan's younger brother Ajitabh and Ramola Bachchan.

Several celebrities congratulated the couple after Kapoor announced the news on social media.

Naina’s cousin Shweta Bachchan wrote, “Love you all.”

Hrithik Roshan wrote: “From Hrithik machu,” along with heart emojis.

Hrithik Roshan's ex-wife Sussanne Khan also sent her best wishes to the new parents. “Biggest congratulations, Kuns n Nains...you are gonna be incredible parents.”
