Mukti Mohan says ‘I am glad that I’m not getting obvious roles’
Mukti Mohan recently expressed that people are noticing and appreciating her for everything she does.

Regardless of the platform on which it is transmitted, Mukti Mohan's main goal is to tell a tale. She has performed as an actor-dancer in numerous films, reality programs, web series, and music videos, in addition to competing in dance contests. Mukti Mohan recently received limelight on her OTT trip for playing a fiery village bell, which she claims was "hard" for her to play. Mohan, who has acted in movies like Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster and Hate Story, says she is looking forward to more movies.
The actress said, “People are appreciating and noticing that I can do comedy, stunts, acting, and dancing. I feel I am able to use my full potential in this profession. My dream is to be an actor and a dancer in today’s times,”
While talking about the kind of characters she is getting to play in films, she said, “I am glad that I’m not getting the obvious roles of the glam girl or girl-next-door kind of roles. Now, directors are thinking of me for roles that are non-stereotypical. It is a true blessing that people are noticing me and saying that I can act,”
Recalling her experience of working with Thar director Raj Singh Chaudhry, Mohan says, “When I saw my performance in Thar, I wondered if it was really me. All thanks to Raj sir, who helped and guided me. I didn’t expect so much love and such a positive response for this project.” When I took it up, I was greedy to work with Anil Kapoor (actor) sir. Playing a woman from a village who is muscular, has a high libido, and lives life the way she wants to excite me, and that’s why I did it.”
