The explosive chemistry between Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani in the upcoming comedy-thriller Govinda Naam Mera, directed by Shashank Khaitan, heightened the stakes in the trailer. Fans and internet users were not pleased when the actor recently revealed a sneak peek of their upcoming song from the movie. See why that is, shall we?

In addition to the Lust Stories couple, Bhumi Pednekar also plays the title character in Govinda Naam Mera, in which Vicky will play a Bollywood choreographer. According to the trailer, Bhumi, who plays Vicky's wife, is bullying Vicky's character outright.

The actor from Uri posted a sneak peek of their upcoming song, Kya Baat Haii, on his Instagram account on Monday.

Kya Baat Haii is a version of the song "Kya Baat Ay" by singer Hardy Sandhu. Netizens immediately criticized the clip once it was released, pointing out Bollywood's frequent use of remakes and remixes. Vicky Kaushal posted the music video and wrote in the caption,’My love for Punjabi songs is now something I got a chance to dance to #KyaaBaatHaii 2.0, song out tomorrow at 12:30pm #GovindaNaamMera streaming from 16th December, only on @disneyplushotstar! #GovindaNaamMeraOnHotstar’

In addition, the Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani film featured two additional songs that received excellent feedback from fans, namely 'Bijli Bijli' and 'Bana Sharab,'. Dharma Productions is producing the picture, which will be available on Disney+ Hotstar on December 16th.
