Bellamkonda Sreenivas is set to make his Bollywood debut and Nushrratt Bharuccha has been roped in to play the female lead.

Nushrratt Bharuccha to headline Bellamkonda Sreenivas’ debut Bollywood film

Telugu star Bellamkonda Sreenivas is all set to make his Bollywood debut with the Hindi remake of Prabhas’ superhit film Chatrapathi. While the film is most celebrated in the South there are high expectations from the Hindi remake as well. Helmed by Telugu director VV Vinayak, the film finally has its leading lady onboard. The makers unveiled their leading lady Nushrratt Bharuccha and welcomed her aboard.

For the unversed, the actress made her debut in Tollywood in the 2010 film Taj Mahal. Also, she has never acted in any commercial potboiler which made her grab this role asap. Backed by Jayantilal Gada’s Pen Studios, Rajamouli's father Vijayendra Prasad has penned the story for the remake.
