Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Dadlani, Sonu Nigam, and others mourn KK’s loss

The tragic news of KK passing away has left the entire nation disheartened and extremely sad. The legendary artist lost his life at the age of 53 on May 31 due to cardiac arrest. The singer who gave classic hits like Pal, Khuda Jaane, and Dil Ibaadat among others is no more with us. His fellow singers from the music industry took to their social media handles to express their grief.

Reacting to the news Shreya Ghoshal tweeted, “I am unable to wrap my head around this news. Numb. #KK Why! This is too hard to accept! Heart is shattered in pieces.” Rahul Kumar Vaidya also expressed his disbelief as he wrote, “I hear singer KK just passed away. GOD what is really happening!!?? I mean WHAT IS HAPPENING. One of the nicest humans kk sir was. Gone too soon at 53. Beyond shocked. RIP sir.”

Music director and singer Vishal Dadlani shared, “The tears won't stop. What a guy he was. What a voice, what a heart, what a human being. #KK is FOREVER!!!” Sharing a video of KK on his Instagram stories, Sonu Nigam said, “KK mere bhai, Not Done (folded hands emoji).” 

For the unversed, the singer was at a concert in Kolkata and fell sick while performing at Nazrul Manch in Kolkata. He was soon rushed to a private hospital where he was pronounced dead.
