The filmmakers announced the movie's title a month ago. The film will mark the first collaboration between Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha coming together. The film's poster has piqued the interest of the fans with a new chemistry in the offering. The film is slated to be released on a weekend considering the festival of Holi. The film is written and directed by Luv Ranjan and produced under the banner of Luv Films and T-Series Films. Anubhav Singh Bassi, Dimple Kapadia and Boney Kapoor will essay important roles in the film. Music composer Pritam has composed the music, and Amitabh Bhattacharya has penned the lyrics.
