War 2: Not Jr. NTR! THESE Two Pan-India Stars Were First Offered The Film Starring Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan is one of the top stars in the Hindi cinema business. He is known as the biggest action entertainer and has delivered some of the biggest hits in his film career. Jr NTR, on the other hand, is a major celebrity in the South film business. These two celebs will now co-star in a film and share the same screen.

Jr. NTR has joined the cast of 'War 2', which was previously revealed. It'll be a clash of kings as Jr NTR joins the cast of the sequel to the popular actioner War, in which he'll face off against superstar Hrithik Roshan. ‘War 2’, directed by Ayan Mukerji, will begin filming soon.

And now, new sources claim that two significant South Indian actors and Pan-India stars were approached before Jr NTR for War 2. You read that correctly. Jr NTR is said to be in the film. However, before the actor was chosen, it is believed that Prabhas and even Vijay Deverakonda were approached about the role in War 2. According to a rumor, the producers initially planned to star Prabhas from the Baahubali franchise in War 2.

Following that, they approached Liger actor Vijay Deverakonda to play the major part in War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan. However, for whatever reason, Vijay also declined the film and role. The producers then approached Jr NTR, who gladly accepted the opportunity to star in War 2.

According to sources, Ayan Mukerji, popular for his work on Brahmastra, will direct War 2. Following that, speculations circulated claiming that Alia Bhatt may also appear in the film. Deepika Padukone and Sharvari Wagh have also emerged as prospective candidates for the main parts of War 2. However, there has been no confirmation of the casting.

Work Front

Prabhas, on the other hand, has ‘Adipurush’ and ‘Salaar’ in the works. When it comes to Vijay Deverakonda, he has ‘Kushi’ with Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Jr. NTR has begun filming for ‘NTR 30’, which also stars Janhvi Kapoor. We'd have to wait for an official announcement about ‘War 2's’ cast.
