Who’s the leading lady in Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi's film Selfiee? Find out!

Recently, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar announced his next film, Selfie, co-starring Emraan Hashmi. The film is the official remake of the 2019 Malayalam hit film Driving Licence, which featured Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu in lead roles. 

According to the most recent reports, Nushrratt Bharuccha has been roped in to play the lead in Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi’s film. Bharuccha has been cast in an important role. This will be her second collaboration with Khiladi Kumar. Both Akshay and Nushrratt will be seen together in the upcoming film Ram Setu, directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Lyca Productions, Amazon Studios, and Cape of Good Hope Films.

Nushrratt Bharuccha is constantly on the move. She recently finished dubbing for Janhit Mein Jaari. After a long shooting schedule for Ram Setu, she went to Hyderabad to shoot the sequence. She recently posted that she is back on the second set of an unannounced project. Selfiee, a film starring Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi, is one such unannounced project.

In addition to Selfiee, Akshay Kumar has several interesting films in the works, including Prithviraj, Bachchhan Paandey, Raksha Bandhan, Ram Setu, and OMG 2.

Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi was most recently seen in Chehre (2021), co-starring with Amitabh Bachchan and Rhea Chakraborty.
