Day 5 Box-Office Collection of Tubelight!
Though Tubelight has performed below the expectation, it is likely to set a new record in the coming days.

As per the set ritual, Salman Khan released his film Tubelight over the Eid weekend. But it has not managed to get a response that his recent films have garnered. Yet, it has become the 6th highest grossing film in just 4 days. Trade analyst predicts it to break Raes’ record soon, as even on working week day it has performed exceptionally well.
Salman’s brand image has likely pulled the audience towards the theaters even on a working weekday. Tubelight has earned 12 Cr on Day 5, Tuesday. Its earlier collection is 21.15 Cr on Friday, 21.17 Cr on Saturday, 22.45 Cr on Sunday and 19.09 Cr on Monday. Therefore, the total five days collection of Tubelight stands to 95.86 Cr net. It is likely to cross the 100 Cr mark, today if the same performance continues.
Directed by Kabir Khan, Tubelight was released in 4000 plus screens worldwide. Being released on June 23, it has no major competition arriving this Friday. Therefore, even if it has performed below the expectation, it can build a new record for 2017.
Tubelight starred Salman with his real-life brother Sohail Khan. It marked the Bollywood debut of Chinese actress Zhu Zhu, whereas it is also the last film of late actor Om Puri.
