DRISHYAM 2 BOX OFFICE COLLECTION DAY 28: Ajay’s movie pace of its earning is gradually moderating

Drishyam 2 by Ajay Devgn became a tremendous box office success. It is now finally slowing down as its revenue keeps dropping to between Rs. 1 and Rs. 2 crore. Despite this decline and a number of new releases in theatres, Drishyam 2 maintains a solid hold. Drishyam 2, starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna, faces off against Kajol's Salaam Venky, Ayushmann Khurrana's An Action Hero, and Varun Dhawan's Bhediya.

Drishyam 2, the latest film directed by Abhishek Pathak, debuted with Rs 15.38 crore at the box office on November 18. The movie started breaking records at the box office over the time. But now it's starting to slow down. Drishyam 2 suffered a decline in sales on Day 28, December 15, earning only about Rs 1.45 crore at the box office. As a result, according to trade figures, the movie earned a total of Rs 215.81 crore at domestic box offices. On Day 28, Drishyam 2's Hindi occupancy was 8.48 percent overall.

DRISHYAM 2 CONTINUATION OF DRISHYAM

The character Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay) is a cable operator whose life revolves around movies and his family, which includes his wife Nandini (Shriya Saran) and daughters Anju and Anu. IG Meera Deshmukh is portrayed in the movie by Tabu. In the movie Drishyam, Ajay played Vijay Salgaonkar, a man who sacrifices everything to keep his family together when his daughter accidently kills a fellow kid. Vijay disposes of the boy's body, wipes away all signs of the crime, and then takes the family on a vacation to Panaji. They create their alibis by going to an Ashram, watching a movie, and eating at a restaurant.

Drishyam is the Hindi title of the well-liked Malayalam movie of the same name, which was directed by National Award-winning director Nishikant Kamat. The story then continues in Drishyam 2 by Abhishek Pathak.
