Tigmanshu Dhulia has always entertained the audience with his films like 'Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster' and 'Paan Singh Tomar'. This time, the director Dhulia preferred to come up with a rustic and raw action-thriller 'Bullett Raja' featuring Saif Ali Khan, Jimmy Shergill, Sonakshi Sinha, Ravi Kishan and Raj Babbar. The film came out to entertain the viewers on November 29. The movie poster flaunted a tagline "Aayenge Toh Garmi Badhayenge." But in reality, it could not do so, as the film saw a poor start at the box office. The content of the film could not engage the audience to much extent and it could not be classified as a commercial masala entertainer.

As per the reports, 'Bullett Raja' witnessed mere 20% occupancy in Mumbai, whereas it performed at poor level in Southern regions. The local flavour of the film resulted in its low opening in Delhi and UP circuits. Being a big budget flick, it needs to achieve better figures at the box office. There was an expectation from the evening shows of the film to see better occupancy. This gangster-thriller is expected to collect around 6-7 crore nett on its first day of release.

'Bullett Raja' must take a big leap in order to perform better, as the next week awaits a major player 'R... Rajkumar'.
