First Day Box office Collection of 'Shamitabh'
The first Friday Box office collection of the film 'Shamitabh' starring actors Amitabh Bachchan, Dhanush and Akshara Haasan has seen a decent opening.

The film ' Shamitabh ' witnessed a decent first day opening with all the thrilling drama it had to portray. The film was released in more than 3000 screens as per the reports and dominated the other films that released on the same day. The film was expected to perform much better after creating the all the buzz and the promotions. ' Shamitabh ' managed to reach a decent number of 3.25 crores in the domestic markets at the end of the very first day. The film received mix reactions from the critics and was much talked about.
R. Balki 's film ' Shamitabh ' is estimated to run well on Saturday and Sunday and the improvement in numbers is expected to be seen. The movie did fairly good business down the South due to the popularity of South star Dhanush . The film performed well in metros as compared to rest of the country.
' Shamitabh ' is another Eros International film starring actors Amitabh Bachchan , Dhanush and new bee Akshara Haasan .
