First Weekend Box Office Collection of \'D-Day\'
The crime-thriller \'D-Day\' by Nikhil Advani released on July 19. Despite achieving good reviews, the movie could not grab much viewers and hence, went downhill.
The crime-thriller \'D-Day\' by Nikhil Advani spinning around the four Indian undercover agents on a clandestine mission to nab underworld Don, Iqbal Seth from Pakistan. The movie features Arjun Rampal, Irrfan Khan, Huma Qureshi, Nassar and Rishi Kapoor. Despite the positive reviews and good word-of-mouth, the film could not garner the expected response at the box-office over the weekend.
DAR Motion Pictures and Emmay Entertainment productions, \'D-Day\' saw a dull start on Friday, however, the film took a comparatively better grip in multiplexes in the evening shows. On Friday, the film gathered around 2.60 crore nett and 3.15 crore nett was the collection of the movie on Saturday. The domestic two day total collection of \'D-Day\' is 5.75 crore nett. The movie released in 1200 screens and is anticipated to fetch around 9 crore nett over the weekend.
Also, this action-drama is expected to face combat with \'Ramaiya Vastavaiya\' that released on July 19 and \'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag\', which is still keeping its place intact with excellent figures at the multiplexes.
