Farah Khan gets roasted by Karan Johar while shopping for 'high end designer wear' on New York streets

Filmmaker friends from the B-town, Karan Johar and Farah Khan are known for their lighthearted and generally humorous banter. Their 25-year relationship has resulted in them working on a number of box office smashes and providing fans with lots of social media posts of their various daring activities. Viewers are in fits of laughter and giggles as they engage in amusing social media conversation.

The filmmaking team is now on holiday in New York City, where the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998) director uploaded a photo of Farah Khan ostensibly buying sunglasses from a street seller. He sarcastically captioned the story, “Caught you!!!! Shopping for high end designer wear! Show off farahkhankunder.” Farah is wearing black sunglasses and golden earrings in the picture, and she is slightly smiling. She wore a grey poncho over a vibrant yet stylish green sweater, with black trousers and black flip-flops to complete the look. To complete the relaxed-filmmaker-on-vacation look, she left her hair down. Farah reposted Karan’s story and wrote, “Hahahahahahhaha I live for you comments karanjohar.”

Meanwhile, with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan, Karan is ready to return to filmmaking as a director. After the 2016 film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, this is his first time directing. Farah will rejoin with Karan for the first time in nine years for his next directorial project, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Student of the Year, Farah's last collaboration with Karan, came out in 2012. Along with Mithun Chakraborty and Parineeti Chopra, KJo is presently one of the judges in the television reality programme Hunarbaaz.
