The news of Warner Bros. reboot to action-adventure franchise Tomb Raider sent a wave of excitement but the news of Angelina Jolie will be replaced by some other actress was quite shattering, as Angelina made the character of Lara Croft so iconic in the cine-history and in the heart of every fan! And when it was announced that Alicia Vikander will be the new Lara Croft, audience and fans were divided by their opinions, as some liked it and were interested to see how it turns out to be! The character of Lara Craft was based on a popular video game by the same title, and as explained in the game title, Lara Croft is the fiercely independent daughter of a missing adventurer, and the ultimate aim is to push herself beyond her limits when she finds herself on the island where her father disappeared. Though comparison wouldn’t be fair, there are wide chances that Alicia’s portrayal will be directly put in comparison with Angelina Jolie’s portrayal!
