Bill Gates says 'it was a great marriage': Sheds light on his life after divorce with Melinda

American business magnate, Bill Gates was recently seen in a conversation with a news medium where he shared about his personal life. Gates had shared his views on marriage and how has his divorce with ex-wife Melinda has changed his life. He also mentioned that he doesn’t regret his marriage and will surely recommend it.

Bill gates said, “Every marriage as the kids leave the house will go through a transition. Mine sadly went through this transition called divorce. But from my point of view, it was a great marriage. I wouldn’t have changed it. You know, I wouldn’t choose to marry someone else. Yes. I’m talking about would I marry Melinda all over again”.

Further he also added that their marriage “complex and close.” For the unversed the couple started dating seven years before their marriage which took place in 1994. They, then had a happy marriage for about 27 years which they decided to call off as they thought it is not possible for them to grow as a couple.

Bill Gates and Melinda also have three children; daughter Jennifer, 26, son Rory, 22, and daughter Phoebe, 19 who they co-parent.
