Netizens accuse Kylie Jenner of copying Sridevi's look

Kylie was wearing a outfit similar to the one Sridevi wore for a photoshoot in the 80s.

Global sensation Kylie Jenner is fashion's favourite child. A trendsetter on her own, she has revolutionized the world of glamour and made the world sit up and take notice while she gave one stylish look after another.

However, Kylie was recently trolled on Twitter for an outfit which many believed has been copied from late Bollywood superstar Sridevi.

Recently, Kylie had shared a photo of herself wearing a metallic shimmery top with a hood covering her head. Soon after this, netizens dug out a picture of the late Sridevi, who had donned a similar outfit for a photo shoot in the 1980s.

While some slammed Kylie for copying Sridevi without giving her any credit, others admired the late actor's fashion sense and praised the fact that she was way ahead of her times.

For starters, Kylie had worn the metallic dress in London earlier this month. She was in the city to attend partner Travis Scott's gig post the Astroworld tragedy. She had shared pics on her Instagram, with a caption that read, "forever i'm that girl."

Noteworthy, in August 2021, Jenner teased Kylie Swim, a new swimwear line that includes sizes for all women. On September 17, it was officially launched on Kylie Jenner's website. On September 21, she announced a new skincare and hair product line for babies, called Kylie Baby.

In January 2022, Jenner became the first woman to gain 300 million followers on the social network service Instagram, surpassing the previous recordholder, singer Ariana Grande.
