Ranveer Singh claims he has been ‘trying for years’ to collaborate with Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are unquestionably among the best actors working in Hindi cinema now. Fans have been waiting for Singh and Kapoor to appear together on the big screen since their appearance on Karan Johar's chat show Koffee With Karan.

Ranveer Singh recently visited London for the Premier League Football match. According to his Instagram story from last night, he is on his way to Manchester to watch Manchester United take on Atletico Madrid in the Champions League. During the long journey, the Padmaavat (2018) actor hosted an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on his social media. A fan popped the question, "When are you working with RK in a single movie?"

“Have been trying for years!” answered Ranveer. “Wouldn’t it just be kickass.”

Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor are two of Bollywood's most great performers. Despite this, the two have yet to exchange screen time. The only time the two appeared onscreen together was when they appeared as guests on Karan Johar's show Koffee With Karan a few years ago.

For the uninitiated, Ranveer and Ranbir had a blast on Karan Johar's chat show, giving their fans major friendship goals, despite the fact that they are not "best friends," as Ranbir claims. "We're not best friends. We're on the show together because you called us,"the Wake Up Sid (2009) actor told Karan Johar.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen opposite Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy in the much-anticipated fantasy sci-fi drama Brahmastra. He will also be seen in Shamshera and Luv Ranjan's untitled project opposite Shraddha Kapoor.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Cirkus, and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, on the other hand, are all in the works for Ranveer.
