Kapil Sharma’s New York show postponed due to 'scheduling conflict'

This weekend, Kapil Sharma and his team were scheduled to perform in New York after successful shows in Vancouver and Toronto. The shows are currently cancelled, though. According to the event's promoter, the events had to be moved owing to a ‘scheduling conflict.’
The date of the Kapil Sharma Show, which was supposed to take place in New York on July 9, has been changed. Sam Singh, a local promoter, shared this update on his social media accounts, although he made no mention of the next show's date. On their website, a notice stated, "The Kapil Sharma Show scheduled for the Nassau Coliseum on July 9 and Cue Insurance Arena on July 23, 2022, will be postponed to a yet-to-be-determined date due to a scheduling conflict. All tickets purchased for the original date will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you would like a refund, please contact your original point of purchase."
Singh responded when the source contacted him and said, "This is our internal decision that we are moving shows to new dates. It has nothing to do with any fake case." He was referring to a recent case brought by Sai USA Inc. alleging contract violation against the comedian in a New York court.
For the uninitiated, Kapil Sharma was recently charged with violating the terms of his contract for the North American tour in 2015. According to recent sources, Sai USA Inc., which is led by Amit Jaitly, filed a lawsuit alleging that Kapil only performed five of the six shows for which he was paid.
