Karisma Kapoor, Ranbir's cousin, has posted more pictures from the celebration. Alia Bhatt's 'kaleera' falls on Karisma in the photos, making her extremely happy.
Karisma shared two pictures, the first of which shows her looking pleasantly delighted with the kaleera. The second photo shows what actually took place, with Karisma Kapoor clutching the kaleera like a trophy and Ranbir's sister Riddhima, Karan Johar, and others laughing and cheering. Alia Bhatt's best friend Akansha Ranjan Kapoor's humorously disappointed look, which can be seen immediately behind Karisma Kapoor, is also not to be missed, who lost the ‘kaleera competition’ to Karisma Kapoor. In Punjabi tradition, the bride's bangles are adorned with 'kaleera' for good luck, and once she marries, she drops it among her unmarried female acquaintances. It is claimed that the person who catches it will be the next in line to marry.
On April 14th, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor married in the company of family and close friends at the latter's Bandra home Vastu. Among those who attended the wedding were Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Soni Razdan, Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, Akanksha Ranjan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, and Navya Naveli Nanda.
