'Jahan Tum Le Chalo' is a story of a journalist cum social activist and a glamour photographer are in love, but the latter avoids the issue of marriage to her. He feels his single status is very attractive to female models and his changed status will lower his chances of philandering. The social activist comes across a good looking man, much younger to her in age, and in due course, he falls in love with her. Discovering his interest in his girl-friend, the photographer starts feeling insecure and confronts her. The two eventually decide to tie the knot, but she opts out of it and settles for the young lover.
