Karan Nath and Jividha who are college students, madly in love with each other. It is a typical rich-girl-poor-boy story which gets complicated when the girl, who is brought up by her uncle(Rajat Bedi) happens to be involved with the underworld, strongly disapproves of their love as the hero, lives up to the true post of being a 'hero', and slays terrorists in a plane hijack, in which Rajat Bedi was involved.
