One Line Review: An average romantic love story with an old flavor which cannot be compared to the former. Positive Points: Interesting 1st half, melodious music, performance of Shraddha Kapoor, performance of supporting characters Negative Points: Weak direction, illogical screenplay, loopholes in the script, ignored details, anticlimax, weak dialogues Plot: First and foremost, 'Aashiqui 2' is not a sequel of 1990 hit 'Aashiqui'. Nothing is similar between two movies. Not even the music which made the former one a hit and transformed the struggling singer Kumar Sanu into a successful one.
